Hi! I’m Joan — solo building Skiri, an AI-powered skincare progress app.
Sharing:
• 100-day build-in-public journey
• React Native + Firebase lessons
• Marketing experiments
• Everything I learn as a beginner → builder
Day 1 started already.
Follow along
I wrote a skill about how to search more effectively, called cn_web_search, which is by far the most popular product of my own, I use it for financial information collecting, for daily reports, now it hits 3k
I get hundreds of messages every day across Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord, Email...
Can't keep up. Can't read everything.
So I set up OpenCLAW to auto-summarize all my messages into a daily digest.
Now I wake up and can actually catch up in 5 minutes instead of drowning.
Anyone else dealing with message overload? What's your setup?
It’s wild to look back.
My first iOS app took 9 months of grinding with Cursor.
Fast forward to today, and I just shipped a new one in a few hours with Claude cowork.
I love the idea of OpenClaw as “the gateway drug” for Claude Code.
Most people won’t start with a raw API or a blank terminal
They start with:
something that connects chats, scripts, and their actual computer
a UI that makes agents feel less scary
Lower the friction, raise the ambition.
Feels like SaaS is going full “Walmart” mode.
One app wants to be your docs, tasks, CRM, AI assistant and toaster.
I don’t mind using big platforms.
But I think the next wave of interesting products will be tiny tools that:
– hook into those platforms
– do one thing insanely well.
Engineers spent decades turning everything into friendly GUIs.
Now with AI, we’re all back in the black terminal.
I run scripts that track 60+ AI builders on X, save tweets, and let an AI pick my daily content ideas.
The “black box” didn’t go away — it just got superpowers.
what's your best openclaw workflow?
I set an auto search task to find the trending product topic on reddit, and generate users feedback collection everyday
I’ve recently spotted several sites hitting $1M arr and I found that:
building web apps are still extremely valuable in 2026
> lots of free tools to drive traffic
> massive numbers of AI-generated blog pages
> creating hundreds or thousands of secondary/deep pages
please
make great use of AI for content creation
seize the opportunity to disrupt traditional big sites
Day 47 - quick https://t.co/djVn4zSIYP update:
just linked gsc a few days ago
17 impressions, 2 clicks, CTR 11.8%!
big thanks to the first two people who clicked in!
still waiting for google to crawl more
puretone is a simple web tool to remove noise from audio, come play with it! https://t.co/djVn4zSIYP
Day 46 of vibe coding
I wanted to start a podcast, but even with a good mic, recordings were full of fan/AC/street noise.
so I launched https://t.co/djVn4zSIYP
A simple web tool to remove noise from audio.
Anyone else fighting noisy audio?
(Feedback welcome, even if it’s brutal lol)
Tons of Agent tools, but has the Viral App model really been disrupted? No.
Distribution is still the king.
While AI is slashing technical barriers, the marketing side remains a game of deep experience and intuition.
Product is the floor; Distribution is the ceiling.
