Today is the 20th anniversary of Kuon, From Software's survival horror title from PlayStation 2.
Because it had a mediocre reception on its release, it's pretty difficult to find original copies of it these days.

@ninjadynamics If I had to bet, I'd say 64 colors. Downloading a PNG from the internet, converting it to indexed mode with a limit of 64 colors shows little to no difference to the original image colors except for interpolation artifacts.
