Stuck in the ultimate Apple Review Purgatory:
Apple review rejects our app because App Privacy says it tracks users, but the new version doesn’t track users.
Can’t update the App Privacy to say ‘no tracking’ because the version currently on sale does track.
@tbrandii Eg: setting the USD base price to 7.99$ with the Big Max Index will set the Canada price to 10.00$, and Europe prices are set at 7.59€ which is not a very good pricing point, as it will probably convert better at 9.99$ and 6.99€ or 7.99€
@jeiting I paid 100€ for a PO Box and then tried to change the address associated with D-U-N-S. Unfortunately they state that the physical address is required and that PO Boxes and Virtual Addresses are not allowed. Besides the fact you need documentation to back that change ☹️
@arielmichaeli Quick update: I've moved from #8 to #5, and I'm also noticing overall improvement in other keywords! It seems like the algorithm just needed some time. Thanks!
@arielmichaeli I will wait a few more days to see if the algorithm catches up before making any changes.
I've been using AppFigures for over a year now and I've been watching your videos/lives on YouTube. Learned a lot so far!
Thank you so much!
@arielmichaeli Yes, about 20 days ago.
Implemented a rating prompt during onboarding against my better judgment.
Feels like a dark UX, but it's working great so far! Avg rating is rising and new ratings increased by 3000% worldwide
Conversion rate is about 13% (75% percentile on navigation)
@arielmichaeli Mines are #8 and #11 ("Speedometer One" and "Speedometer Speed Tracker GPS"), by looking at the stats it looks that #6 and #7 shouldn't be ranking that high
@arielmichaeli I have two apps ranked for keyword “speedometer” on the US App Store , I’ve being “trying” with ASO and improving the DPR, but I don’t understand why there are some apps with lower # of downloads and almost none new ratings in the last 30 days are ranking better than mine (1/2)
