@VodafoneUK Very frustrating! We all rely so much on BB and perhaps don’t realise how much so until the system goes down. We have some connection albeit a bit hit and miss plus back up dongle doesn’t work 😔 Thanks for all your hard work…can’t be easy on days like today

@SkyHelpTeam We are trying to! Engineer called my husband today to say he would pay a visit this morning…not easy as we were both already out at work! We are now on day 4 of the internet dropping out, we were lucky if we lasted half an hour before losing connection for 5 minutes 🤷🏻‍♀️
