#9: Embrace self-care
Pet a dog, get a massage, sleep, take a walk, journal, do arts & crafts, play a team sport. Do what you need to let your brain relax. And do that more often than you need to. Proactive self-care is essential to maintaining mental well-being.
#8: Find the fun in everything
If you’re not having fun, then what’s the point? Find a work environment that makes you excited, or make one. Surround yourself with motivated and hardworking people. Don’t take the easy way out, just find a way to grow and enjoy the challenges.
