It would be so convenient if the prosperity Gospel was truth. It’s easy to theoretically know that it’s not truth. Practically, I have to struggle each day from deceiving myself that it’s truth and having that earthly mindset. I have to set my mind on Christ and be humble.

Anytime our home gets a good clean, I want to know who might be coming over in the near future and have them reschedule for right now while the home is still cleaned.

What I mean is that each one of you says, "I follow Paul," or "I follow Apollos," or "I follow Cephas," or "I follow Christ." - 1 Corinthians 1:12. • I think a modern day example of this is in Bible translations. “I use KJV” or “I use ESV” or “I use NIV” or “I use NLT”.
