Contacted @aquantuokenya @aquantuo support about a payment issue—turns out their system doesn’t accept prepaid cards. They said it’d be fixed by Tuesday, yet I’m told my package will still incur charges after 7 days. Why should customers pay for tech delays? #CustomerService
