Outbound loaded TEU traffic at the @PortofLA in June was -22.4% from the same month in pre-pandemic 2019, while outbound loaded TEUs from neighboring @portoflongbeach was -29.4%.
@PortofLA posted its June container numbers today. Compared with the pre-pandemic June of 2019, inbound loaded TEUs were up 9.8%, but outbound loads were off by 22.4%. Excluding dreadful 2020, first-half container traffic through the port was the lowest of any year since 2016.
