OUCH an overzealous, over reaching and vindictive HOA president takes it upon herself to paint a man’s house who’s not even a member p!nk and the judge slaps her with cost plus, plus 6K in punitive damages😬

Apparently they choose HOA presidents by the anxiety medication they take, most of these people are off of their rockers.😂
