@SW_Help what's going on at Motspur Park? We're just sat here...

[Jodie Brown @jodes86]

@UOHelpTeam half my order from 17.01.21 has arrived and there's no word on the other two items. Your online tracking does not work and you do not reply to emails. Please can you help?

[Jodie Brown @jodes86]

@SW_Help at Ewell West - some signs telling people that Waterloo trains are going from platform 2 would help! You have brand new display boards and none of them are showing correct info!

[Jodie Brown @jodes86]

@Bodenclothing one leg on these PJs definitely short than than other and the top is mega skinny for a three year old! Will be returning as faulty!

[Jodie Brown @jodes86]

@Bodenclothing

[Jodie Brown @jodes86]

@OasisFashion @OasisFashion Hello! Can I exchange a sale purchase from an Oasis store in a House of Fraser concession?

[Elmbridge BC @ElmbridgeBC]

Hugo's a happy boy - him and his owner have made it to the polls with plenty of time to spare before they close at 10pm tonight! #dogsatpollingstations #euelections2019

[Jodie Brown @jodes86]

@SW_Help on the delayed 16.09 trying to get to Ewell West. Why are fast trains being prioritised while slow trains sit endlessly on tracks? Do people on slow trains not need to get home/to appointments/to pick up kids? #railwayfail #poorcustomerservice #wasteoftime

[Jodie Brown @jodes86]

@SW_Help It's not just the delay to my journey...it's the knock of effect - missed connections, late to the office and late to meetings. Your service this week has been unacceptable! 100% of my trains have been cancelled!

[Jodie Brown @jodes86]

@sw_help travelling later & avoiding the cursed 7.25 from Ewell West. You have cancelled the 10.07 due to "slippery rails". Does not bode well for winter in a country known for rain!! Every train I've got to work this week has been cancelled! #traindelay #poorservice #winter

[Jodie Brown @jodes86]

@SW_Help third time lucky for the 7.25 from Ewell West? Not a chance! Cancelled every day this week which is massively inconvenient. Why can't you run this service? #TrainDelay #cancellation #poorservice

[Jodie Brown @jodes86]

@SW_Help You have cancelled the 7 .25 from Ewell West twice in two days. Why are you unable to run this service? Your customers pay a lot of money and you fail time and time again. #traindelay #cancelled #poorservice

[Jodie Brown @jodes86]

@SW_Help is the 07.25 from Ewell running today? Will it ever run on time again? #delay #delayedagain #trains #poorservice #southwesternrail

[Jodie Brown @jodes86]

@SW_Help once again the service you are offering commuters from Epsom/Ewell West is attrotious and with no explanation. #terribleservice #TrainDelay

[Jodie Brown @jodes86]

@JoyKluver Where did you get on the train? I got on at Ewell so given we were stuck just outside RP I imagine it broke down after I got on.

[Jodie Brown @jodes86]

@JoyKluver Hello @JoyKluver! It's still on my to do list 🤦‍♀️ That's really disappointing. It's a perfectly reasonable request. I'll apply this weekend and let you know what they say.

[Jodie Brown @jodes86]

@LibertyLondon thank you to all the staff in Arthur's for welcoming my 4 year old daughter so warmly this afternoon. We were on a day out before she starts school and she had a blast with @Fran_Chappers

[Jodie Brown @jodes86]

@JoyKluver Yes - by the skin of my teeth! Very glad I did too - what a great performance! Hope you enjoyed it too

[Jodie Brown @jodes86]

@JoyKluver Thank you 😀. Also trying to get there and will do the same as you. Hope you make it 🤞

[Jodie Brown @jodes86]

@JoyKluver Any idea how long the interval is? And whether there is a chance of making the second part?

[Jodie Brown @jodes86]

@JoyKluver @SW_Help @Billynumber2 I'd thought the same. It's unlikely at this rate. An Uber would take 30 mins. I'm so gutted 😞
