10 wks post op - gradually getting much stronger but still dealing w/ nerve pain in legs/ feet - hope it fades in coming weeks

Activity level up - driving, PT twice a wk, light back exercises, pool exercises, still walking & trying to get rest

6/8 - > 6 wks post op & things are up & down; prob norm; some days w/ back pain but mostly nerve/leg pain w/ a few good days mixed in

5/28 - 1st day of PT & looking forward to some increased activity

5/27 - Rose/Bob out; concludes 2-3 wks of support from Ohio cousins/spouses - thanks to all - huge help - really enjoyed having you all!

Started driving occasional short trips w/o issue

5/24 was 1 month post op - back good; belly improving; leg/nerve pain still pretty bad...not unusual & could take a few months to fade

Much of ab pain coming from major artery to L leg; local doc says it was probably agitated & needs time heal - didn't seem too concerned

5/16 - after seeing mobile mani/pedi unit hit the house yesterday, Larry hits rd back to OH today, passes Theresa coming to take his place

J wants it to move faster but really good progress for only 3 wks; still expecting more solid improvement by 1 month point

5/15 - 3 wks post op; some recent improvement, gradual; last shot; only 1 strong pain med & 1 other (ibuprofen &/or Tylenol)

5/13 - days mixed up & dwn; dropped off another med so gradual progress being made there; trying to watch activity & get enough rest

The "new" leg pain seem to be getting better very gradually; some muscle pain/soreness in back; still no signs of any of the "old" pain!

Off Spanish meds w/o issue as expected

5/8 - 2 wks post op; after a couple bad days, legs feeling a bit better; long walk of the day was a good mile (30 min in hood incl hills)

Spanish meds running out...except shots for another week. So taking 1st step down on meds; don't anticipate any issues at this point

Measured 5' 6.75" vs 5' 5.5" before - up an inch & a quarter!
