@SouthwestAir I'm starting to rethink my airline to travel. Cancelled flights, zero information, long wait times on hold. Thanks for ruining yet another trip for me. Don't even tell me it has to do with the FAA grounding those planes - you said it was only 5% of your flights.

Weather happens. Flights get cancelled. But I’ve never dealt with @SouthwestAir gate agents being so unhelpful. What’s going on? I had to try 3 people before one would rebook me on a flight tomorrow morning 🤦🏻‍♀️

@SouthwestAir Just upset because this was such a short trip a beautiful country - to stay in such a disappointing place. I’m a devoted Southwest customer and do all travel with you. It just took away from the experience of my trip to Puerto Rico

Completely disappointed by @esjazul in #PuertoRico. Hotel staff is rude and offers no useful information. Pool staff are the only ones that are awesome. Rooms are outdated. Free breakfast was gross cafeteria food. @SouthwestAir should reconsider recommending this hotel.
