@Uber_Support Hi Uber, how do I make a complaint about a ride that I was incorrectly charged for? I selected the correct destination (have proof) and was told mid journey that would have to pay extra because uber had the incorrect destination showing on the map!! Not my fault!!

@TheRangeUK poor poor service! Delivered a bed frame which was faulty,weeks to try and rectify,still no joy!!Offered £6 as a gesture to keep the faulty frame!!Expect my son to sleep on the floor because they cannot arrange collection/redelivery simultaneously.Awful experience!
