The Edmonton Police Service is seeking the public's assistance to identify a suspect in an armed bank robbery in northwest Edmonton.

On Nov. 8, 2023, at 4:35 p.m., a male entered the Servus Credit Union in the area of 112 Avenue and 124 Street. The suspect approached a teller, demanded money and produced a knife. After exiting the bank with the stolen cash, the suspect then fled westbound on a bicycle. There were no injuries reported during the robbery.

The robbery was captured on the bank’s video surveillance system, and police are releasing the video and images of the suspect in the hopes that someone will be able to identify him. He is described as an Indigenous male between 20 and 40 years old, standing 5’8” to 6’ tall with an average build. He was wearing black gloves, a black winter jacket with fur trim around the hood, a FC (Football Club) Edmonton black jacket or vest, jeans, a red ball cap and black shoes. The suspect wore a black mask throughout the robbery.
