@RoyalMailHelp i have a delivery of medicine thats required to be kept refrigerated & RM decided to claim a delivery was attempted last night when it wasnt ! I was in & I have CCTV. The item was then scanned at the local depot 5 mins later, even though it’s 20 mins away! Explain

@UPS_UK delivery delayed 2 days in a row now… what does one have to do to receive a bought and paid for item!!! 2 missed delivery windows… change to delay before the end of the business day twice…. Is it just lack of full time drivers..????
