I thought rupturing my ACL was the worst thing ever and definitely that had ever happened to me. Now I've nearly died of sepsis I have a new front runner. Be #sepsisaware know the signs. I was a matter of hours before a different outcome fighting these symptoms. Don't be a hero

Physio, ice, painkillers, repeat, physio, ice, painkillers repeat. You get the idea. The worse part is the locking of the brace at 0 degrees to sleep. It's total agony. But I must get this leg working so I can have the reconstruction #ACL #footballproblems #injury
