@atherenergy after connecting with customer care why don't we get a call back from the showroom/experience centre. Even when we get a call the sales rep lacks clarity and mention will call back in 10 mins and now it's been over 72 hrs (Indiranagar branch)

@amazonIN I bought a carlington watch and that watch did not even last for 19 days. @amazonIN requires 10 days for investigation. Why ?
Carlington does not even respond to what's app and mails. I have told @amazonIN put the refund to my wallet. But :(
