We dragged 2 kids under 2 to the airport, checked our bags, to have it cancelled at 11:30. Now we’re stuck taking 2 connecting flights. I expect more from airlines but IDK why. Now we’re paying the same crazy cost for worse flights & losing a day of our trip. @AmericanAir

@AmericanAir screwed up our flight situation so badly last night. Booked a 10:40 flight 2 months ago out of SD. They delay it 3x in the afternoon until it’s scheduled for 11:40. No flights can leave SD airport past 11:30.
