@HiveHomeUK There’s no point. I’ve been through this cycle for 3 years. Ignored, vent frustrations on Twitter, a reply yours, an email containing empty promises & platitudes then back to being ignored for months. I’m sick of it. I just hope others will read this and avoid buying from Hive.

@PlayStationUK @AskPlayStation I’ve been trying to contact support to cancel a subscription/get a refund. The only option is a chatbot that tries to connect me with an agent and fails every time. It’s bad form that I can’t speak to a human when dealing with such a big company.
