@VaDOTNOVA That single lane 95 loses at this interchange carries far more vehicles than the daily numbers you've quoted coming from 123 on you project site... We told leadership this was gonna be a problem when the Occoquan bridge deck was widened and it's still being ignored!!! SMDH

@VaDOTNOVA So thru all of that, and the impact this project has had on traffic at this interchange and the growing congestion that backs up the mainline to Springfield EVERY DAY, you're still not using this opportunity to address the choke point of 95 going from 4 lanes down to 3 at 123?
