@nightcataloger i’d avoid using the terms “OA” or “open access,” both of which strongly connote a very specific thing for librarians working in scholarly publishing (orange lock icon stuff)

i like the ring of Open Cataloging Rules, Open Rules for Cataloging, Open Cataloging Standard(s)…
