@AmericanAir bag arrived in Prague at 845 this morning. still not here at 3:45 pm. Why? now wearing same outfit for 3rd day. out of meds and toiletries. Why is it taking so long? can ot get anybody when we call. robot chat system is useless.

@TexitDarling @AmericanAir We had 8 gate changes (3 different terminals), delayed inbound flight, and took off over an hour late so now only 40 min to change terminals to make a connection in Philly
