I have had nothing but bad experiences flying on @SunCountryAir . My latest one, I had to throw away a @BenchmadeKnives pocket knife because the airline refused to bring back my bag so I could check it. There was still time to check a NEW bag but they still refused.

Self organization does not mean anarchy. During play, a soccer/football team is fully self organizing. They're moving so fast that a control system is not workable or possible. An agreed strategy makes the play coherent, but they're constantly improvising. That is not anarchy.
