@baekpd1983 of course they did. First they missed two free throws, the second of which was missed to the left and did not touch the rim, only the backboard ... then they let the opposition score an EASY layup and then they did not attack the basket with last attack
@baekpd1983@Jcoleville10@PBAinsider there is official age - age written in his document from his country of birth, real age - the actually age based on his real date of birth, and physical age - the comparative age of his body. Its normal for africans to have fake official age ...
@baekpd1983@Jcoleville10@PBAinsider i can only add, that its a proven fact that some african athletes (including basketball players) use wrong birth dates in their documents to make their official age less, than it is in reality. For a young athlete it gives many advantages.
@baekpd1983 i understand that there are many mixed-race koreans. I am curious about decent level mixed-race basketball players ... Japan NT, for example, has several of them in the current squad. So their level is pretty good.
@NBLPleb one more HUGE factor, that speaks of the quality of B3 league ... look at the number of teams in B1 and B2 ... B3 very very rarely attracts comparable local talent to B2 (B1 is out of the question frankly). You can do the math ...
@NBLPleb and its a very low level league. Apart from the imports (2 per team on the field, +naturalized/asian) the level of the other (local) players is very very low
@baekpd1983 and of course Kings have a very big advantage as 2 american born players (Jeremy Lin + his brother) are considered locals in EASL and local league (they are foreigners in FIBA competition)
Even Hong Kong team has a very very "vague" rule applied to them ...
@baekpd1983 also Taiwan clubs, have similar advantage - they have 3+ imports on their squad all the time, they can use foreign asian players (Kings used american/palestinian Sakakini, he is almost as good as american imports in taiwanese league), can also use naturalized foreign students
@tonyonz71@nznbl@TuataraBball@NZBayHawks i watched it. It WAS very entertaining. BUT ... its not what international basketball is all about. You dont win games playing like this outside of your "ecosystem". The players involved in this kind of basketball are NOT growing, IMHO. There was 0 structure to the game.
