🏡 New Jersey families shouldn’t have to compete with corporate investors for a home.
That's why @SenPolistina (R-Atlantic) is working to level the playing field. If we’re serious about affordability, we must protect opportunities for residents to buy and build roots.
I’m proud to support legislation sponsored by my colleague @SenPolistina to restore COLA for the brave men and women who earned it through years of dedicated service.
Years of inflation and tax hikes have driven up costs, yet many retired public safety professionals haven’t seen a cost-of-living increase in years, if at all.
The men & women who kept us safe shouldn’t be falling behind. My legislation fights for COLAs and a more affordable NJ

After some initial research, it was clear that New Jersey does not offer proper safety instruction for these young riders. In working with OLS, we are drafting a bill to create an operator’s safety course for Class I and Class II e-bike operators.

As parents, we understand the importance of being present with your child during key moments of their educational experience. This bill would establish a voluntary tax credit program, enabling employers to support parental involvement in a meaningful way.

My bill would help make New Jersey more affordable by putting even more money back in the pockets of our essential workers, especially in places like Atlantic City, where the service industry is the backbone of our community.

One of dumbest bills ever. Dems drive up utility costs by preventing in state generation and wasting billions on offshore wind.
Their answer: drive up costs even more by making utility companies notify people they are getting ripped off more often 🤦♂️
