Binge watched “Mrs. Davis” over the weekend. Quirky, bonkers, and kept us edge of our seat the whole time. Great limited series. Similar vibes to “The Pentaverate”. Made me wish there were more complete mini series like this instead of shows that are just canceled after 1 season
Just watched “Elemental” with the kids. It was cute. They said they liked it too. Doesn’t quite live up to the “Inside Out” vibes and expectation I had from the trailer and posters.
@snydercutfan @joerussotweets@DimoDammit That’s true. Troma films, for example, reused the same practical effects car crash sequence like 30 times in different movies. Now that’s some cash well spent
This movie rattled all of America on November 20, 1983 -- there was a post-movie discussion aired on ABC to talk a wary nation through what they just watched, as well as a help-line advertised for the traumatized.

Being a Gen X parent means part of me wishes “The Breakfast Club” wasn’t R rated, so I could show it to my kids and part of me hoping that they discover it the way God intended, by stumbling on to it when clicking on HBO and watching it in all it’s uncensored glory.
