In Indiana, a dog was found inside a trash can in very poor condition, with several body injuries and a visible ribcage. To assist local authorities in the investigation, @humaneworldorg is offering $5,000 for tips on who was responsible for the care of the dog.

“Allowing a dog to decline into such a poor body condition and then leaving her for dead in a trash can is a heartbreakingly cruel crime. We hope our reward offering helps find the person or persons responsible for this despicable act,” says @humaneworldorg.
