The fact that Arsenal fans are claiming 'North London is red' after signing an 18-year-old centre back nobody heard of 2 months ago when we just signed Ndombele (ahead of Madrid, Juventus etc.) for £62m and look to break our transfer record again really is funny.
Honestly, at what point did it only become acceptable to celebrate/revel in a moment as a football fan (or player) if it means you win something? It’s absolutely mental.
Imagine begrudging Everton fans celebrating a 97th goal to ensure they didn’t allow their rivals to win the final ever derby at their beloved home.
Some of my most special moments following Arsenal have meant fuck all in the grand scheme of things, but in that moment it meant absolutely everything.
Honestly, the celebration police - it’s one of the worst takes about modern football there is.

That's five years of enhancing patient safety, speeding up decision-making and improving the quality of data to inform #research into improving patient care for the future. 👏
Beware of geeks bearing gifts. When prison-tech companies started offering "free" tablets to America's vast army of prisoners, it set off alarm-bells for prison reform advocates - but not for the law-enforcement agencies that manage the great American carceral enterprise.
