And it is pretty much a full heal each time he uses an ability or first ultimate. Idk about targeting the wrong person he prioritizes the unit with the lowest hp.

@LarryRohan9 I wish they capped it at the level where you unlock everything, but otherwise I think it's okay for keeping everyone at a similar power level and allowing people who don't play a lot to catch up.
