@APRob1973 @doogadoo11 I certainly happens occasionally. But what you're alleging that it happened enough to change the results of an election. Which isn't the case. This is just sour grapes. LA is a +50 D city. Of course Pratt didn't win. It's shocking he got as many votes as he did.
