BREAKING: After 45 Year Ban, Bottle Rockets are now legal to purchase in Oklahoma.

Counties can no longer prohibit private firework displays on private property, unless a burn ban is in effect.

Retailers are now permitted to sell fireworks to the public throughout the entire year.

Last Month, Gov Kevin Stitt signed the "Rocket's Red Glare Act"

The law requires individuals to notify their local fire department before lighting fireworks.

Fireworks are prohibited if a county burn ban is in effect, sustained winds exceed 20 miles per hour, relative humidity is below 25%, or the ten-hour dead fuel moisture level is below 9%.
