"Permanently" is misleading hype—it's a single Obama-appointed district judge's injunction on one EO provision, fully appealable to the 1st Circuit and then SCOTUS, which can stay it and REVERSE.

The leftist swamp cult is celebrating because it blocks Trump-era citizenship verification on the federal form, but Crawford (2008) already upheld voter ID for fraud prevention/public confidence, non-citizen voting cases exist in state audits, and Congress's SAVE Act (House-passed) can mandate DPOC + photo ID nationwide under the Elections Clause—SCOTUS would uphold it.

This block changes nothing long-term.
