Update on bird problem w my steller #sunrun solar system. They have yet to do a damn thing. Their customer service people and so called experts can talk a good game but have no idea how to walk the walk. Don't ever consider them for solar. Just awful experiences w them

One of the first things your expert said was we don't install critterguard yet 2 weeks earlier her colleague was on my roof attempting it. Good communications between employees. Clearly that was not in my file. She asked me for his #!

No action. She has done nothing to help. 30 birds live on my roof and the #sunrun clowns think I made up the install request to add critterguard in 2020 even though this isn't my first system on the water. I call BS

#sunrun aka scamrun came to my house to inspect and saw the problem and did nothing. Their game is to not put bad things in the file and paperwork. It was one of their truthful installers who came back and let me know the real problem.

The junior varsity team at #sunrun is still at it. No action. I asked for a small credit to make their lies go away and they offered half of it. Sorry JV team, more bad press is coming. You guys should start monitoring my accounts on FB, Instagram and even linkedin.

@DaisyMa71101319 Agree. #sunrun blows a lot of smoke but still has taken no real action. They don't even know what other employees are doing or how to contact their own. I am considering a lawsuit as well. Their days of scamming people are going to end soon. I completely regret working with them.
