@matthewtrask I *just* saw this. When an employee fails, it's the manager's failure. IMO, we suffered disappointment but not failure. I learned something = I won; if you learned something too, everyone won. Best outcome. And pretty sure that huge feature is in prod right now. Win-win-win. ❤️

@grmpyprogrammer I use @Freeletics Bodyweight for exactly this reason. I travel full-time in an RV, so visiting a gym isn't an option for me. I'm in better shape than ever in my life (and I was an actual athlete 20 years ago).

Thinking about doing a software talk at the cities and towns on our RV journey: "What I learned about software from living in a motorhome". It would mostly be an extended poop joke filled with tips on legacy code. There has to be a market for that, right?
