@AskPTSB Looks like it's sorted now. The website was throwing 500 errors (nginx) and the app was just showing an error message... but it was server side rather than anything device/network related.
@Postvox I sent a package by tracked international 10 days ago but the tracking code still says "We don't have information on your parcel yet". Have checked and the code is definitely correct. What's the next step?
