@OpenreachHelp I have been in touch with BT. Essentially what Openreach have said is the engineer might turn up or they might not depending on their workload. If not I will be booked on the next available appointment. Really poor service.

@eon_next I've tried emailing [email protected] on numerous occasions, but never get any response. You're trying to charge me £600 for electricity for a flat that is currently empty. I have meter readings to show usage. Can someone please get back to me so I can resolve this issue.

@N1JYX If extra funding for Social Care comes from landlords, then so be it. I think you need to know how much tax landlords currently pay before you ask them to pay more. That was all.
