Hey @DIRECTV let me get this straight, my promotion expired. My bill goes up $50. I don't know it until I get the bill. I call to cancel you tell me I have to pay the whole month b/c you won't prorate a cancellation, triggered by the bill. If I add a service, you'll prorate.

@DIRECTVhelp They differ from when I signed up. Then you change your T&Cs and you get one last ounce of money from me. Like a farewell screw you to your parting customers. I understand we are leaving, still seems punitive.

@DIRECTVhelp I understand you have new policies, but this is not the policy I originally agreed to. If I cancel any other utility it ends on the day I cancel. Yes some subscription services are pre paid. NEVER have I had to pay for the whole month for Internet, TV or cell. Just make it right

Sorry for implying for years you disappeared during the riots because you were in rehab. Nothing in your past would lead ANYONE to believe you’re a raging alcoholic. You’ve also done a wonderful job with violence, roads, snow removal, and not letting your employees sexually harass subordinates. @gmc @GM I took delivery of my '22 Yukon 13 months ago and STILL no park assist feature. The frustrating part being that new ones on the dealer lot have the feature installed. Even my rental suburban this week had it. Potential/ new customers > customers who's $ you already have?
