@lyft I just got a $76 charge at 3 oโclock in the morning and that is not correct. I canโt seem to reach out to anybody to get it corrected. Who can I call to get this charge cancel. I did not take this ride.
@united You can earn my trust back by first taking responsibility for your poor operational inefficiency and provide fair compensation for my loss time. I understand you donโt control the weather but when weather is not a factor you still fell down on taking care of your customers
@united I need to make my case public and not DM to hide my issue since the United customer care people want to say they are not responsible for my lost time of 1 and 1/2 days due to operational inefficiency and not weather delays. They should be responsible and compensate me.
@united I spent 5 hours on the tarmac in Corpus Christi on a flight from San Diego to Houston that was diverted due to storms. I was offered a free hotel and 30 dollars for meals I believe I deserve compensation for the 5 hours. I am requesting 100,000 mileage points. Thank you

@Unitedcust99155 I was held on a tarmac in corpus Christi for over 5 hours on a flight out of San Diego bound for Houston. Little water and only snacks. I am asking for 100,000 miles points for me and my wife to compensate for that. We did get free hotel and $30 meals coupons.
@united got diverted to corpus Christi out of San Diego flight ua2140 on Sunday 6/15/25 on our way to Houston due to thunderstorms. Been on the tarmac for 3.5+ hours and our Houston to Tampa ua441 was canceled. United what can you offer me besides a refund ?
