UGENT: currently stuck in Paris with no ability to talk/chat or email in real time on order to get out!!!
We attempted to change our flight 36 hours before departure, but the app would not allow us. We consequently tried 24 hours before departure, 10 hours before, two hours before, and still the app would not allow us to make any changes. (we have a full fair premium flex tickets that allow change) Consequently, we raced to the airport. We got there an hour and 15 minutes before the flight. Nobody was working at the desk. And because there is nobody to answer a phone call or an email in real time. The airline is marked us down as a no-show. I am currently stuck in Paris with no way to redeem, refund, or change my flight. I am wildly confused how an airline can operate in such a irresponsible and disrespectful way towards customers. I am exhausted and frustrated and need someone to speak to ASAP,
