I read a research paper that agreed with you on the calories, but I dont think "fat people want to be fat" is fair... I think society has made bad, calorific and nutrient void foods so easy to come by that actually eating a good and filling diet is so hard ... Also portions are so out of whack, we are taught to be full and eat plenty from a young age. The only way you are going to be able to accuratly track calories is with Ai or measuring and writing them down..... 90% of people aren't going to measure and weigh everything they eat
