@VerizonSupport actually sent us to Apple because they couldn’t do anything with the phone. And we can’t even get help restoring the backup from when this all started. I wonder if the waiver is really as enforceable as they think for being lied to directly in order to sign it.

@Bellagio pretty disappointed with service in the hotel so far. Especially compared to @ExcaliburVegas and the @CaesarsPalace likely last stay. No maid service even when we call and no one even offers a comp dinner or show to say sorry.

@greta @carlzimmer @DonnaShalala Is this perhaps why? Traditional vaccines are usually stored between 35 degrees Fahrenheit and 46 degrees Fahrenheit, Moderna’s vaccine requires a storage temperature of minus 4F, whereas Pfizer’s vaccine candidate requires a storage temperature of minus 94F.
