San Diego is definitely a small market by mlb standards. But I can see why people think it’s a larger market from a psychographic and cultural standpoint. most folks out here don’t give a shit about sports especially since the chargers left, but they’ll go to Padre games, it’s more of a niche market. this is why they are such a fascinating success story. they are like vegan baseball for those who don’t eat meat or some shit HAHA
