@FidoSolutions so I keep hearing, but no, they don't. if by change often you mean offering me more data for more money and nothing that aligns with my pattern of usage or needs? yeah sounds very tailored to me. I've waited every couple weeks for these offers for a few years now. I'm done.
@Fidomobile you just lost a 24 year customer. when my contract is done or if I decide to buy it out early, you're never getting another dollar from me.
@FidoSolutions protection. we're supposed to be a 1st world country and your cellphone plans and service are dragging far behind most other countries in the world. I'm just done talking to customer service that actually can't do anything other than read me what I can see in my own account.
@FidoSolutions For years I've been asking for a plan that works for me, but apprntly each customer has their own promotions. I ask for less data cuz I don't use that much, but each time I'm offered more data, for more money. Options are 3gb or 100gb, seriously. And false ads on data overage
