.@muse @TicketmasterUK managed to get 300th in the queue for presale for Friday @ co op, then every time I entered the presale code it froze the site and wouldn’t let me select tickets. I had to rejoin 13000 and miss out on tickets. I have traveled the world to see muse pls help

@TicketmasterCS Obviously I know how to select tickets off the map, but once I applied the code it wouldn’t let me move on the site or select anything

@TicketmasterCS I couldn’t press anything because every time I entered the code the site froze and wouldn’t let me do anything, I had to leave and rejoin the queue for it to work, however I had to rejoin 13000 instead of my original 300th so missed out
