Artikel uda kubaca dan dokumen sudah kuprint, kuisi, kuscan, tapi gatau harus kirim kemana. Titik di Maps uda kutandaj, abis save balik ke lokasi awal. Login ke Help Center nya ga bisa.

Hi @jntexpressid , your chat & WhatsApp call center is useless. They always answer with “baik kak” even when I asked in an open ended question. When they asked me to wait, my ticket is closed with the reason, “no response from you”. Stupid system.
@AnterajaCare Private DM doesn’t help lah. Paling cuma jawab “saya maksimalkan/kordinasikan” kaya pas call CS. Mending sekalian disini biar transparan. Btw akhirnya package sampe, instead of “NEXT DAY” jdnya 4 days :)
AnterAja 10007926515201 - sudah dipesan “NEXT DAY” DALEM KOTA dari tgl 25, sampe event-nya kelar belom sampe. What a waste of money, ingredients, and logistics. Never trust AntarAja, especially next day guarantee. @AnterajaCare
@GrabID What’s so long ya? The doc has been completed since 2 WEEKS AGO. Is it so hard to change the bank account? I want to use Ads but I can’t now as my Bank Account has been in this grey area for too long. SO FRUSTRATED dealing with you Grab.
I’m so disappointed with @GrabID ‘s GrabMerchant. The CS (was) pretty good (as they call you when you have issue), but the changing Bank data request has been frustrating - I need to wait for 2 weeks (with no resolution until now and always received boring templated answers)
@myXLCare Saya request reaktivasi kartu sejak 11 Sept sampe sekarang (5hari kemudian) stuck di verifikasi. Saya sudah kirim minta bantuan berkali-kali tetep ilang kasus. Tolong dibantu. Thanks
@JNECare Barang saya dgn resi JT49098472942 stuck tanpa update selama 4 hari di warehouse Kuta Utara. Sudah dikirim dari Jakarta sejak 12 hari yang lalu.
