Bryan Kohberger, the man who plead guilty to killing four students at the University of Idaho in 2022, is trying to withdraw that plea and has been granted an evidentiary hearing for next year, according to the Idaho Statesman.
Earlier this year, Kohberger filed a petition for post-conviction relief seeking to withdraw his guilty plea, claiming it was induced by false promises.

JLR is taking credit for "feeding the homeless". When all he did was show up and film it. Why did his post not identify the organization who actually sponsored the event? Falls in line with his boots on the ground nonsense. Because sitting in a lawn chair with a cell phone pointed at someone's house does not count as boots on the ground. Nor does putting your camera on a tripod and pointing it at a table full of food count as feeding the homeless.
That is not true he may have that but it definitely doesn’t excuse him from prosecution and if he has that he should be treating himself to medicine and not violence
Why I believe @MagnoliaXRio :
@JLRINVESTIGATES is diagnosed with borderline personality disorder and anti social personality disorder. Everyone who has ever been in a relationship with someone with BPD, who has no medication, no therapy and is not self aware, knows how incredibly volatile and toxic such a relationship can be. The controlling behaviour, coercive control, etc. is a very common pattern in those relationships. If you go far back in time, JLR’s family was crying in court when he got sentenced for one of his crimes. They spoke about the challenges they encountered while living with him.
@JLRINVESTIGATES Shame on you shame on you JLR you know what you did to magnolia and you sit there and act like you are this great person and you are another idiot
@MagnoliaXRio@EvilleCJ Oh I been wondering and asking I had some idea about something happened to you for some reason I didn’t ever think it was this I’m so sorry and glad you are healing and staying safe thinking of you
