If you were to ask me whether Chinese football has any original chants that really hit home, I’d have to point you towards ‘Beyond the North’ by the Harbin ultras. For me, it’s hands down the best fan chant to come out of any terrace in China
With a record number of teams dissolving since 2020, can Chinese soccer clubs find a sustainable model for development after three decades of play?

@CSV2050 I remember back in 2016 China beat Qatar in Xian to advance to the 3rd round of qualifying for the 2018 WC. That was at the Shaanxi Provincial Stadium.
@csl_fr Yeah, could definitely have had him in there, Cangzhou have done really well brining in some decent foreign players these last few years. On a very limited budget.
Nicolae Stanciu - Dynamic Romanian midfielder who has played well this season, but definitely hasn't reached the same performance levels as last year.
Marcao - Big target-man striker, who is back at Wuhan Three Towns. It remains to be seen if he can reproduce last season's form.
Players who were unlucky not to make the list.
Felipe Silva - Brazilian striker, who has had a really good consistent season with Chengdu.
Marouane Fellaini - Still a very good player but on the decline.
@LeeFm84@kirbyhazard Oscar is still in the CSL at Shanghai Port and Fellaini is still with Shandong but that's it, not the money in the league that there used to be.
