@Delta @SeaTacAirport the new gates at SeaTac are terrible... at A13 while air canada and other Delta flights are boarding at adjacent gates. You cannot hear anything, and everyone is trying to figure out which flight is making the announcements. Feels more like LGA or JFK...

@Delta I know the policy says you don’t reimburse for rebooking in a different class, but I would like the difference between economy and comfort plus refunded.

@Delta what a headache... DL1189 out of BWI delayed 55 min due to malfunctioning jet bridge. Rebooked twice en route and it turns out I would have made original connection. Lost my comfort + ticket... and my original flight seat was given away. Frustrating evening.
