Hey @TfL can you advise whether the jubilee line will be operating between Canada Water and North Greenwich on Sat 18 Jan? The journey planner says it will be but your planned track closures list says otherwise. Thanks!

@Se_Railway I have an annual season ticket between Bellingham and London terminals and usually travel on your direct 08:06 service. My alternative route would be using Forest Hill to Canada Water then jubilee line

I renewed my annual ticket yesterday but your app couldn’t recognise my key card so I bought an S ticket between BGM and London Terminals. When I downloaded the ticket it shows as BGM to St Pancras and won’t open the barriers at Victoria. @Se_Railway can you help me please?

@Se_Railway So this is quite painful, I get a southeastern train between 2 stations not managed by southeastern so can’t visit the ticket offices as you suggest and you are unable to change my ticket via your call centre. Any other suggestions?

@Se_Railway I did and they couldn’t help, they said I needed to get a refund and buy a new ticket which is ridiculous. I can’t believe that is all that can be done. You just need to amend the station on the ticket like I did a couple of years ago on my paper ticket
