Interviewed a candidate yesterday and asked them to map out for me their thought process for building a strategy.

They said it would be faster with ai, but I wanted to see them think live. Watched them visibly shaken, and annoyed at having to do it in real time.

The person couldn't explain why the strategy worked, the underlying math to support it. This generation is going to (maybe already does?) have cognitive decline from letting AI think for them. Brain is just a muscle.
